Introduction

At Külek İstanbul ("Külek İstanbul", "we"), we care about the privacy of the information you share when you visit our website and use our contact form. This policy explains which data we process and for what purposes.

Our website does not take online bookings, orders or payments, and there is no membership or account creation.

Data We Collect

We only process data when you submit the contact form:

• The name, email address, subject, request type and message you enter in the form.
• Your IP address, browser information and the time of submission — solely to prevent misuse of the form.

When you simply browse the site, we do not track your visit, build profiles or collect data for advertising.

How We Use It

• To review your questions, suggestions and event requests and to get back to you.
• To block unwanted and automated form submissions and keep the site secure.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Cookies

Third Parties

We never sell your data to third parties for marketing. Only the following parties are involved in providing the service:

• Our hosting provider — the site and message records are stored on its servers.
• CARTO and OpenStreetMap — the map tiles on the Contact page are loaded from these providers. Because your browser requests them directly, your IP address reaches them. The map is not interactive and does not ask for your location.

Data Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected by a security token that blocks forged requests (CSRF), a hidden trap field that catches automated submissions, and a limit on submissions from the same IP address. In addition, we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Your Rights
