Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Külek İstanbul, as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal Data Processed

Our website does not take online bookings or orders. Personal data is processed only when you submit the contact form:

• Identity: the name you enter in the form.
• Contact: your email address.
• Request: the subject, request type and content of your message.
• Transaction security: your IP address, browser information (user agent) and the time of submission.

The form has no fields for a phone number, date or number of guests; such data is processed only if you write it in your message.

Purposes of Processing

• Reviewing and answering the questions, suggestions and event requests you send through the contact form.
• Preventing misuse of the form and keeping the site secure (the IP address is used to limit how many messages can be sent from the same address within a given period).
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal Grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (answering your request and securing the form), and that it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations.

Transfers

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. It may be shared with the following parties only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Our hosting provider: the site and message records are hosted on its servers.
• Email infrastructure: form messages are forwarded to our business email address.
• Map provider: the map tiles on the Contact page are loaded via CARTO and OpenStreetMap; because your browser makes these requests directly, your IP address reaches the relevant provider.
• Authorised public institutions: where required by law.

Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected by automated means through the contact form on our website, and by non-automated means when you contact us by phone or email.

Retention Period

Contact form records are kept for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation after your request is concluded, and are then deleted or anonymised. You can ask for your data to be deleted earlier using the contact details below.

• To learn whether your personal data is processed.
• To request information about it if it has been processed.
• To learn whether it is used in line with its purpose.
• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• To request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met.
• To request restriction of processing and to object.
